Here is the abstract of Dr. Peters' presentation:
" When skeletal growth exceeds the capacity of soft
tissue elasticity, pathological tightness occurs. Twenty years of practice have demonstrated to Dr. Peters
that distortional patterns in bone and tissue begin in utero, are exacerbated during skeletal growth periods
and can persist into adulthood. We discuss this process and describe manipulative methods of remediation. These
methods can alleviate pain and other distressing symptoms in the newborn. This facilitates optimal growth and development."
